List of Special Enrollment Periods
Your Patient may be able to change or enroll in a Medicare Part D Plan 365 days of the year.
When your patient is in or has been released from rehab, they will most likely have changes in their prescriptions. Also, with your experience you may suspect they might qualify for the Medicare Part D Assistance program. My Part D USA can assist you in a comparison of drug plans that covers all their drugs and at the lowest premiums and co-pays. We can submit the enrollment to the Centers for Medicare and also submit an application to Social Security for extra assistance so that they would have no/lower premium and no donut hole. This will free up your valuable time to do what you do best!
- New to Medicare
- Moved to a new state or coverage
- Awarded State or Federal drug assistance
- Coming in or out of a Long Term Care Facility or Illness Rehab
- Lost Creditable Drug Coverage
We understand you want to give your patients quality care, but have time restrictions for helping them choose a plan. At MyPartDusa.org when you enter their drug names, a cost comparison comes up for you to evaluate/enroll them OR you, your patient or POA can contact us directly to discuss their choices, taking that time consuming decision off your work load. We can do this on an individual basis, however most facilities have us do this for everyone at once to organize benefits. We’ll go over them once a year to make sure they are still on the drug plan that covers every medication they take and we also submit all required applications for extra help each year. You have no paperwork or need to make time to keep up with each patient’s renewal dates.
